Looks FAF but my spidey sense is say TGTBT.

As we all know anything that Looks Too Good To Be True is TGTBT. Expect a bait and switch IMHO.

That said OP there's nothing to stop you going for a look and if she is for real and if the service is up to scratch then you should be a very happy man. If not walk !!!
