Well after two weeks of trying to book her it finally happened on Tuesday night at 11.

For sure you want to be taken seriously and at face value, you state you had a £27k redundancy payout and I question it as I do not believe you did.
I ask what your salary was to receive it and you do not answer,  How much tax did you pay on your redundancy ?

I asked for the reason that your grammar and spelling are terrible and I cannot believe that someone could attain a level where they would receive such a payoff.
If you think you are being singled out, When I look back through TK's posts there are same mistakes in spelling and grammar that show similarities.

This is all getting rather laughable now.One can only assume you are saying this to try and wind me up. I was gonna say you can't be that cunning if you can't work his out, but then it's cunny so that kind of killed that  no offence meant!


Firstly as I stated at top of this thread I was online while the hulk was with her.I've checked so I can give you exact time but I sent a message at 11.33 which you actually replied to,sent a few later as well.

When you asked about redundancy I did say I was 42 and had been in the job for 25 years,I thought you would have the brains to work out with that in mind that must of been a good pay out.So that's why I said no more on that.

If you know anything about redundancy you should know you don't get taxed only if it's 30k  and above !!

I weren't on a great wage if you must know,take home less than 1100 4 weekly.

For the pure reason of educating you I have got my book out that we was given when it was put to us and my final wage slip.

I had 3 choices
1. taxable 6K hand shake and step down from my position which I previously mentioned !
2.apply for another job else where.kinda got fobbed off on that one though because there weren't a lot on offer.
3.take redundancy !

My redundancy came in 3 parts

statutory redundancy pay =20.5 weeks pay

additional service pay 52 weeks .25 years service I was on the max  for that . went up 2 weeks for every extra year worked i.e 23 years was 38 weeks pay.24 years service was 40 weeks pay and for 25 years it jumped up to 52 weeks pay.so that was a bonus.the max!

and lastly payment for notice not worked.again I was on the max 12 weeks.

so all in all 84.5 weeks all not taxed !!!

what with my final months pay and had worked 2 bank holidays that month my final leaving wage was £28594.49

again I apologies for my spelling and grammar.it's not great but it's good enough to get by.part of it is not being arsed coz at the end of the day it's all fuckin understandable !!!
