Rarely in my experience, dfk seems to be on all their profiles but cant remember a girl who did this.  Most will do light lip kissing eg Tina.

Very few girls will have a shower after every punt, not just lack of time, but also having a dozen showers a day isn't good for the skin, this isn't just in UK parlours, I know it also happens in many German Saunaclubs too.

They aren't allowed to charge for extras at HoD, only for anal or photos/filming if the girl offers those services, so the girl should offer all the advertised services, though there is always the 'at discretion' get-out clause.
