Anth the best thing for all in my humble opinion is to stop using diamonds as there customer service is way below par ...we should recieve a answer to why and then action should be taken by the agency to prevent it happening again. This sadly never happens with diamonds and it is a shame as they do have some good girls on there books.

I was very annoyed in the extreme by this punt. I really did not want to post this negative on the forum due to who it was with, but it was so bad I literally had to. I do think I was personally very lenient on them on it as if this was someone else who went through that list of calamities in their punt they'd be livid.

Tie this in with the fact that the gits like to constantly put up fake reviews on their website under my name (AnthG) all the time for their new girls to get people to book them. So if they do this then they knew I was a good customer of theirs and as such this simple problem booking, was easy to fix from their end, that they have not bothered to do a single thing to even try. And thus by doing it have pissed off the girl I was seeing (who I genuinely didn't want to if she ever reads this) only infuriates me more. As they should have fixed this instead of fucking around and then doing nothing.

So yeah, will book with Amour, (or may also give Allure a try) from now on for all my bookings.

I was a bit slow off the mark and now understand the negative was aimed more at Diamonds of Newcastle in general. As I'm in the South West, I certainly ain't gonna go rushing to Newcastle anytime soon, however, this feedback would certainly put me off ever going there if I was more local.

For some reason, many companies quickly forget about simple customer service. Diamonds seem to be using the following mantra;

I applaud you for posting it and I got it was aimed at the agency straight away and not the girl, it's a shame it turned out the way it has with her but as the saying goes there are and will be plenty more fish in the sea to come.
