I paid £55 for 1 hour 4 hand which is a wonderful pampering massage - you feel very much the centre of attention.  The HJ was £20 - £10 each, although only one girl actually performed.  Interestingly, it has not always been the same girl who takes the lead in delivery.
So if you want VFM - 1 hour 2 hand + £10 HJ is fine, if you want pampering £55 + £20 HJ is recommended.
I've never been offered more than a HJ, but it feels worth going back

I have been perhaps 5 times and never offered more than a wonderful HJ - I recommend that you go and take pot luck, I'm sure you would enjoy it and pretty sure you wont be offered any more until you are very established.  If more than that is essential to you, then perhaps somewhere else is the answer.
