My mistake looks like i'm getting my Mill all wrong its Mill Park, to be fair there were signs dotted everywhere that i noticed when i came out.  It UKPS that ticketed me looked legit, should of been £100 but only (he says) £60 if you pay within 14 days.  Good shout on the whipping it out happy one, i'll give that a try next time.

I was td by friends who live there that they ticket the cars but have no legal power to enforce

Again I don't know how true that is so best do some research before you ignore the ticket
