OW was provided. She also did not have a bad manner. But it felt strict and transactional over all.

Appreciate the Intel and I understand it is your first review, but you have been on UKP over a year. You are well aware the details punters contribute in a review. Your review barely provides any details. More details regarding the services and the WGs appearance would be appreciated.
