Firstly I want to say a massive thank You to all our loyal and honest clients for calling our office today to make us aware of this situation. Big Appreciation.

Regardless we have taken Monica off our site now and she will not be back! I have to say that on her interview she came across as a very nice girl, but I don't always get things right so heyho.

I'm quite shocked at the article and on her passport that was not that name 

I am also sad that people have lied and said we have brothels, anyone who knows me and NNE knows this could not be further from the truth. Our site calendar is living proof of this and the fact we have never had issues with the police.

The present state of the law is that a single lady in a premises who offers services is not operating or working in a brothel. The moment that there are two ladies in the premises then it becomes a brothel. On that basis a duo is illegal but the important part to remember is that the punter is committing no crime by being in a brothel. Any liability would rest with the operator of the brothel. The burden is on the prosecution to prove that. Some of the case law is ancient and will always be open to challenge. It's an interesting area of law and I do think this thread has had an element of scaremongering in it. I would much prefer to use a reputable agency like NNE or similar than take my chances with an indie who I don't know off AW. I hope this helps and is of assistance.

I say that as if you are given a prison sentence of 12 months or more. You are put on probation when you come out.

Her probation officer would have (unless it was the stupidest probation officer in history) have said as requirement number one. Don't work as a prostitute again.

So she is violating probation for one. And if she was violating probation its pretty clear its for nefarious reasons - likely to setup people for mugging again.

The draw of prostitution is not that much to violate probation for alone I would say.

Yes I could be jumping to one after the other conclusions, but I think they are reasonable conclusions to make. And given the seriousness of the people she was hanging out with, who would want to take that chance.
