There seem to be a number of SPs who have, recently, begun to offer 2 levels of service - i.e. GFE or PSE, with an appropriate uptick in the hourly rate. I guess it's better than the usual 'pay extra' for specific services. In some ways, it's another way of SPs increasing their rates, although in some instances penetration isn't even included in GFE. As someone who's been punting for many years - 40 years+ - my top price used to be £150 per hour, but it's now approaching £200 p.h. if you want to avoid the scammers, Chinese or Brazilians. As for a PSE with a well reviewed SP, it's well outside my budget.
