Haven't had this problem myself, but if you click through to the help centre, select the section for technical help, then the popup section for error messages, scroll to the relevant one relating to your problem.
Open the help page for the error message then hit the "close window" button.
A new window will then open prepopulated with your username. Use this form to contact the AW support people.
I did this previously when a dick of a prossie retaliated at some disastrous feedback that I left her, I managed to use the form to persuade them to remove the offending comments.
