Comms:
Organised the day before. Short replies which didn't feel like confirmation but next day got better replies and confirmed a time. 3 hours before the time, I was asked to adjust to an hour later. And when I arrived I had to wait around 25mins before I got through the door.

The timing shit has got to get better. Being asked to change time to an hour later 3 hours before the booking was fine, but having me wait 25mins being told 10mins, 5mins, 5 more mins etc.... that almost got me to turn around. Lexy has apologised multiple times for this so fine. Last week she was easily the stand out girl of Cambridge so I expect her to be busy.

Adjusting the time by an hour and then another 30 minutes on arrival - well that can be challenging for punters travelling a fair distance and then trying to get back to base.
