good comms at first, texted in the morning. confirmed time and 1hour booking, got given an location near London bridge. was already in the area for work anyway so I wasn't too bothered about this booking not happening, maybe will try in the future.
Texted to let her know I was closeby, another text and call, no reply, walked around for about 15m then left, got a text back couple hours later to rebook another day/time, didn't rebook.
She did get back to me to reschedule, and I was already in the area for work, so I dunno if It should be neutral or negative. I gave it a neutral. I guess for other it would be a neg?
