This was such a bizarre experience I have to laugh about it and share the story.  This was a profile I was considering for months as I had my reservations,  but one day the little brain took over and voila - I slipped into the trap.

Location: small independent dodgy hotel in Bromley

Fee: £200 for 1 hr. Reduced to £180

Girl: Apart from her communication skills, her whole profile is a fraud. Naturally petite? Effortlessly elegant?  The photo she has is nothing like her, if so it must have been her 10 years ago. Whilst clothed she looked ok, but once undressed she was like a large, shapeless blancmange with cellulite everywhere and disappointing A cup boobs. It was so bad that even though I feel scammed by her, I  actually feel sorry for her.  She is a strong communicator but was hyperactive, fidgety like she was on the powder or had ADHD - but likely both.  The stated age of 25 is farcical - she's more like 35.

Service: Gave her the £200 (before she took off her clothes) and she stripped and went to the toilet for a pee, leaving the door open.  She came straight out, and as I like RO, I asked if we could have a shower together (polite way to ask her to freshen up) and she went in herself begrudgingly and washed herself. 

She came out of the shower and we both lay on the bed - she started off with OWO but she was trying to get me to cum quick- i told her that the 2nd pop would last longer - and with my cock still in her mouth, she then said that I can only come once. At this point I was like "what?" and whipped my cock away from her. This whole dreadful affair lasted 25mins tops and I have to chalk this up as a learning experience.   Red flags were there on her profile such as "privately educated" "well travelled" etc giving hint that she is above providing a service - and whilst it's healthy to be confident, I think these kind of statements mask some massive insecurities. 
She really shouldn't be in this line of work.

As for EnglishEllaMay, assuming she hasn't had time to change her profile just yet, it's worth noting that she does offer OWO (at discretion) in her like list, but not penetration. As I said, you have my sympathies, but not just from recent experience, I long since learned to double-check to see that penetration is present on their lists- whilst it's very rare that it isn't, but as you've discovered, it's not a negligible chance.

Finally, it's not clear if it's the OP's AW account that registered this, but her latest bit of feedback there makes similar complaints.

Often, those that list as escorts but don't offer penetrative sex, make the extra effort to underline this in their introduction or somewhere conspicuous in the main body copy of their AW ad: often... but not always.

Whilst this might seem a little absurd, to be certain, we really do have to check that it's included in their likes list.

In this case, her bad form with advertising discretionary OWO whilst denying that she offers it at all when in the room, weighs against her; as does advertising 'fingering/fingerplay', which most adults would agree is normally understood as penetrative sex of a sort.
