There is no "procedure".
Most people on here have their own way of arranging punts, some have a "regular" SP or 2 who they pick from according to what service(s) they want, look, or availability - these girls tend to stay in one place after building up a client base that earns them what they need. Some have an AW "hot list" of girls they fancy shagging and will check if any are nearby and then make a booking. Others may just look through listing sites and see who's available on the day - they often have plans A, B and C in case the first SP is fully booked.
It sounds like you've been looking at "tourers".who'll stay in a place for around a week, then move. It's advised on here that you delay reviews for a week or two before posting - this is so that if the SP sees your review and doesn't like it, she can't match it to you. SPs have access to databases of "ugly mugs" which they can put your name and phone number on if they feel particularly aggrieved, which can seriously limit your future choices. The snag with this is that, as you've found, by the time a review gets put on, they've moved on. Some have set routes e.g London, Birmingham, Manchester which they repeat, so try checking back on sites like AW, which, for all it's flaws, is about the best we've got. Most AW girls will have their next location posted in advance to get bookings. This doesn't apply to many Oriental girls who may have been trafficked by OCGs who just move them somewhere else if they're not doing enough "trade" with no notice.
