OK thanks. So not being judgmental at all, but just for clarity;

You thought she looked like a ladyboy, asked her, she got the hump.

So if she is a ladyboy she is guilty of duping customers and you are in your rights to walk.
If she's not, ie a cis girl with masculine features, she is understandably upset.
