Exactly. And it's attached a bad bunch of tourists, lots of chavy bits going now.
Obviously weed has always been there especially on the islands but even when you're in the Nana beer garden you can smell it

I thought they had recently ( last year or so) made it illegal without a medical certificate that you need it for medical reasons! However it is still openly sold and used everywhere! There are weed shops clearly marked in most tourist areas

I was there in February and was freely available and probably more shops than the previous year.

Prostitution is illegal in Thailand but they only seem to arrest the African girls.

It's all about the money, African girls are working for organised crime, and the police need paying off, same with the Russian girls.

I was there in February and most of the weed shops sell you a prescription which makes it ok to buy and use  the product.

OK fair enough, I thought it might be something to do with looking after the Thai girls.

The new PM is a fella called Anutin who despises farangs.

Now they are investigating the Companies set up with Thai Nominees to get around foreign ownership regs and passing new rules where they can seize these assets.

I expect it will become harder and harder to live in Thailand unless you're on one of the high roller visas.

Yes they look after their own first, something we could take note of, only Thai girls are allowed to whore in LOS, (unless a lot of bribery is paid)

So you're suggesting all foreign whores should be expelled from the UK unless they pay protection money to the police?

No I'm not, my point is in Thailand the government are very strict, example being a farang who owns a bar, if he has no work visa, he can't be seen working in the bar, or he could end up deported, if it is a job a local can do, then they don't want foreigner taking the job. The only exception is in organised crime, which the Thai police are one of the largest gangs.
