Swung by today and saw Monica. Late 20s, maybe just 30. Little bit of fat (and dress was a bit frumpy, sorry) but very smiley and friendly. Went for 45-mins. Very chatty in a nice way. Plenty of questions but not intrusive. Twenty mins in she offered extras …40 for hr, 100 for b2b and touching, 150 for oral both ways and possibly more included. Pricing seemed mad. So went for 40 hr and agreed to it being slow. I really enjoyed the next 20 mins with lots of reach-unders and moving of the legs for maximum access. On the flip she sat between my legs and went nice and slow. Very sensual. So friendly and she was keen for a follow-up.

A funny place. Clean but a little rough and ready. Some decorating/finishing still required.

Might try again.
