I booked Chloe for 30 minutes appointment and confirmed time. When I arrived I attempted to text and call multiple times no response. They replied 30 minutes later to say she was still busy because another client arrived late for appointment. So asked to wait another 30 minutes. So 1 hour later than the scheduled time. left disappointed without any massage. Said I wanted to talk to Livy the manager but told she was on holiday.

More likely they squeezed another booking in before yours , perhaps a " walk up" in prior to your booking. I think with Livy on holiday there is quite often only one girl working there.

On this occasion both Chloe and Daisy were working on the day. Asked if I can book Daisy instead but was not available as well.

Looking at it from the girls point of view. They work to see customers and make money. So walk ins will be a priority over answering the phone or replying to text messages. Particularly if they are busy
