Don’t take it personally OP. I had the exact same experience in December when she was in Birmingham. I was meant to review but her profile had disappeared. Some points to mention:

So true. I think what pisses me off the most is that I went for the hour but will learn to just dip my toe with 30mins and try to avoid any extras in future.
