Having these as costly extras is off putting to many as you could end up spending a small fortune on a potentially crap and broken promised delivered sexperience that just isn't worth the cost.

The demand will always be there but for the average Joe having to spend £120+ for 30min / £200+ for an hour of limited services usually equals less punting, sticking to regulars, or just not going through with it entirely.
