I got to the location, and was quickly given the details. Once inside, was greeted with a big kiss at the door. Quickly sorted the paperwork out, and I went to have a quick shower.

I need to manage cost better next year (I bet we all say that).

I still seldom spend over £200-£250 on a punt (mostly stay within £120-£200 actually), except for a few rare occasions where I feel it would be justified.

It is worth saving more to see some girls. A SP hardly just disappears without notice, so there is always time to plan ahead. The only issue is waiting too long and them getting jaded, which can happen. I doubt it will happen to Valentina any time soon. She seemingly paces herself, takes her time, and will have a break so doesn't work continuously.

100% agree with this advice. 

If you cannot afford a certain SP within your given threshold, stop for 'x' time and use that/hose unused punting fund(s) to enable you to see that higher priced SP.

I view it all as opportunity cost with my annual punting fund. Like you, it must always be an affordable amount each year.

I don't go out of my way to spend it just for the sake of it, and if I don't, it allows me to use it on other things or just put it into my ISA or if that is maxed out for the year, into my SIPP.
