New massage places in Middlesbrough

Happened to be passing through the Boro this morning, when I passed two establishments I hadn't noticed before:

Siam Smile on Borough Road
Bas Young on Albert Road

Bas Young may be legit, and Siam Smile have apparently only been open in Middlesbrough for a short while, although there are positive reports about Siam Smile in Newcastle.

Any intel on these two places would be appreciated.

I was aware of Bas Young and it screams legit

Siam Smile in Newcastle and their other shops there and in Sunderland are 100% not. That's good news, Boro only had the Chinese places which are generally a bit shit and I stopped using them.
