Take two: initial comms excellent, over the phone and text 10/10.
The place: just off dudley rd by mc donalds flat was clean and tidy once the paper work was done, i was offered a shower which i declined i as i just had one, also offered a drink i asked for water and i got a bottle of water which was nice.
