There are some Chinese Telegram groups with reviews of the girls in the rooms - however if you are there best to just take a look of course.

dont be shy to knock on the doors is the biggest advice, first time I did it.. felt a little awkward etc but realize its normal and who cares lol

Ive only ever used the james lee mansion, use the stairwells to get between WG floors, the lift is really slow and I used a camera app to translate some of the signs on the doors to understand rates and services

Did the walk up a short while back. JLM’s in TST. Exactly how it’s been described, start on 8th floor and work your way down. 4-5 corridors off each main floor entrance with approx 5-6 rooms off each corridor. Lots of Chinese writing on each door with a ‘please wait’ or ‘welcome’ notice signaling whether ready for business. Keep knocking on welcome doors until you find your fancy. Lots of locals doing same.

Chose a 20 year old mainlander. Small cute natural body. She advised me 600 by showing me 6 fingers - English poor. There are cheaper telegram groups if you look around on 141 the cheapest I've found is 500 hkd and 200-3000 hkd for the night.
