Texted and received a prompt reply of location. I was then sent a follow up text with option 1 and option 2, which is now on the profile but wasn't at timw of booking. Essentially pay a tenner more and all extras, except filming are included. They were delivered in my case.
Location:
In Stratford town centre and very open, although Stratford being what it is you could loiter nearby and not draw much attention. Small door at side of a business premises that has an intercom.
