Taking viagra abroad

Good evening gentlemen, I know viagra is prescription medication. But I’m just wondering has anyone ever had any issues at Manchester airport taking viagra through security in hand luggage?

Not sure whether you are asking about taking it out of the country or bringing it back in?

I don't think I have ever been asked for proof of prescription for anything leaving the country. I was once pulled for a baggage inspection in Australia and I was asked about some blood pressure tablets I had, I didn't have the prescription with me and all they did was a swab test and let me through with them.

If you are thinking about bringing viagra back into the country I'd ask you why ? You can buy viagra online easily & cheaply here or even over the counter with a brief q&a with the pharmacist.

I did google this to be honest, but I just wanted to hear what other people have experienced on here, it will be my first time taking Viagra with me going abroad so I guess I just wanted some reassurance

I have not experienced any issues with Viagra or equivalent medication taken many times into several countries .

I’ve never had a problem taking any medication abroad-I always take a copy of my medication list with me just in case

Recently returned from Amsterdam into Manchester with a selection of prescription meds all in their labelled boxes. Not a whiff of interest from security.

I have a couple stashed in a toiletries bag when going on holiday just in case an opportunity arises.They are out of packaging and never had an issue.
