Anyway…looks like my options for punting are limited, as it seems he's checked is us into twin rooms (thought it was bloody cheap). So no TF girls or freelancers for me. Go in to a shop with Google Translate at the ready. Ask if they provide a sensual oil massage with no cover on. I have maybe a 50% success rate. Of course they are going to say yes, to keep you in the shop, but at least they know why you are there and they have the option of earning some extra money.
