The new site is somewhat confusing in that it  allows SP's to include the same service both as an enjoy and a dislike.

That's the kind of error that you should report to VS when you find it.
Got any examples?

To be honest it's in our interests for the switch to the new site to be delayed as long as possible: none of the third party plugins nor the forum software interfaces with it at present
