All done via text with responses being quick and clear. Booked the day before and asked for Jenny specifically. Nothing to add from my previous reviews. 5 minutes from Waterloo station although for a slightly more discreet approach, you could attack it from Lambeth North (3 minutes) as it's quieter and the right end of the Lower Marsh. Also, if it's a busy, weekend afternoon it's easy enough to change onto Bakerloo line at Waterloo and avoid the crowd. Plenty of pubs, restaurants and coffee shops to hang out if you have time. Noticed that there is a foot tunnel opposite which appears to lead to Waterloo station but its also a handy alley to nip down to text and tell them you are outside rather than hang around by the benches in full view of what is a reasonable busy street. For all intents and purposes though, you are basically buzzing into a flat. They are very discreet and professional when you enter and exit the flat. Shared corridor for about 5 flats and they very quickly open the second door to let you into the flat.
