Not very discreet, but there are 2 entrances.
The front entrance is a door at the side of a taxi office and some other shop, but you go straight upstairs so easy not to be seen.
There is a back entrance which you would probably use if parking a car that side, Baron Street / Livesy Street. Parking is a lot easier after 4.30pm.

The back entrance is fairly discreet, through a wooden gate and up some metal stairs, but I think it is next to a B&B but rarely anyone looking out.
It's not the best rated of places, but I've had some crackers here over the years, and it's easy to get to from the M62, for a quick raid from Yorkshire.

On the current rota I've had good times with Sakina, Steph, Candy, Christine (legendary), and Amy.
I think Amira is also pretty decent on a good day and has enormous boobs ....

I enjoy reading your reviews Tom and we share a connection in that some years ago (2013), I was encouraged to see a couple of ladies, Roxanne and Farah, after reading your review posted on that other, long defunct punting forum.

I'd seen Farah in reception, and went back to see her, but she wasn't in, but they offered her friend Roxanne.
Had some great times with both.
I think Roxanne has often used the name Sally and worked at Indgigo Nile as well as indie in South Manchester, but gets mixed reviews .....
Farah still knocking around at Roses .....

I punted them two myself at around that time. They wasn’t really my type but there was no one else available when I went in. The building was next door to San Remo cafe. I seem to remember Farrah who was chubby back then, she couldn’t move after I fucked her and was still lying on the bed when I left the room. The receptionist was called Dee as I recall . Chubby middle aged woman with short hair and a nazel voice.
