Summary: Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing - bordering on negative. She is always fully booked, yet didn’t turn up for the initial appointment, which I’ve since learned is apparently quite common.

The service itself felt very mechanical, likely due to the high number of clients she sees back-to-back during each shift. The booking process was also extremely frustrating, and the tightly packed schedule made the entire experience feel rushed and impersonal.

Based on this, I wouldn’t return.

Do they give any discount against the next booking if the SP doesn't show up after you are already there?

Sorry you had a poor meeting. This is the one thing that puts me off seeing HoD girls.

It's probably been made worse by the fact that London agencies are on average around 350-400 per hour now for a lot of the girls on their books.

I did try arranging a meeting with Azalia once before (contacted HoD about three days before) and like you say she was fully booked already. Then I was told she'd cancelled all her meetings for the following week as well.

I'm kind of surprised she hasn't gone independent but maybe it's not possible for her to do that.

I’d rather go to someone who is not fully booked that will give me a more personal service, even if it costs a bit more.

I have only seen 2 girls at HOD: Gabriela and Kassandra.
Highly recommend Gabriela. She's a true pro, always client-focused.

They should do for your wasted time and effort to get there. Maybe you had travelled for hours.

Or at least try to contact you beforehand (if you have permitted that) to say she's not turned up.

They have done for me under a slightly different circumstance, but that was a few years back.
