I wouldn't have argued against her being late 20s. Her attitude was standoffish and I got a vibe that it might not be a great punt.
I was in 2 minds about going ahead and decided to bail when, as I was confirming services/cost, she said she didn't do CIM. I offered to show her the messages saying she did; she shrugged and said that was her manager. I was offered her flatmate who did CIM (
