From my experience I’d say natural but couldn’t say for definite. If they are fakes they are done in a way to look natural (if that makes sense)….. her nipples point slightly south and they feel soft to touch.

She’s not 40, a little older than the stated 27 but not close to 40. We had a long chat the last time I saw her in Manchester and she showed me stuff from her socials that made me believe early 30’s.
