Advice needed for an old newby.

Long time reader here. After years of disability (which I’ll not go into here) I am now able to leave the house into my own steam and and get myself around a little. I’ve been a member here for a long time and reading the reviews has kept me sane and interested !

I am thinking of going to see a girl but given I am now in my 50s and unable to easily go upstairs and sometimes struggle with standing for a while, how do you think I will be received?

Any suggestions or advice would be welcomed.

Firstly. Glad to hear your mobile.
If I were you. I’d contact the SP you fancy seeing and simply put it to her of your frailties etc.
Let’s face it. Most lasses will have seen everything and everything with regard to physical conditions. I’m sure you not being able to stand for very long ain’t going to worry any of them.
Plus you can ask about access to premises etc.

Thanks. I tried that and it seems I just seem to pick ones who live up stairs ! Unfortunately outcall isn’t something I could do.   I’ve found a massage joint near me that has the rooms on the same level so I’m going to start there I think.

At the risk of stating the bleedin' obvious maybe, tick the box beside Disabled Clients on Adultwork, if searching for service providers there.  They should be quite happy to see you, and if they offer incalls, might have a space that's accessible for you.

Not exactly a newbie, are you?

Regarding your question, ir all depends on the SP. I'm sure many are accommodating to those with need of extra help whereas others might not be so welcoming. Besides the AW search tag, I'm not aware of any list of SPs who would fit the bill, so it's probably a long haul by asking each one individually.

There have been a few threads about this in the past, so suggest you search them out. You might find some members with similar issues and their insight and reviews could be of enormous help to you.

And don't forget to review: I don't think there are many reviews that cover this so any new intel could be well received, and might encourage others in a similar position to also review.

Not sure what you mean.  If you’re referring to the posts from 2018 then shortly after that I had an operation that left me in a coma for three months. This was all following surgery to fix my legs as I was injured in the March 2018 attack in Westminster.  This has also let me with PTSD. So hope that explains what I didn’t really want to go into but clearly people are interested. 

And as I said then, unfortunately the car posts weren’t mine.  As I can’t drive now, again I hope that’s ok.

Is the trouble with standing due to pain, or are there blood pressure problems like syncope?
If the latter the girl needs to know that there's a chance of you blacking out. I've done it a couple of times getting out of a jacuzzi and it's put real fear into the girls I was with

I agree with snoopy. Sounds like you need a well deserved pick me up and hopefully an hour of relaxation followed by relief will be a good tonic.

The Westminster attack? I remember seeing that on the news. Did you get hit by the van? Must have been terrifying. Glad you're on the mend pal 👍

Op - maybe it doesn’t matter to you but make sure you don’t give too much detail away that identifies you! Don’t think that there were too many seriously injured in the attack?

My point was that you aren't new to punting but called yourself a newbie. A bit of honesty goes a long way. Not too much, though. There was no need to share any details of your experience (I didn't ask for them) and so sorry to hear you were involved in that. A truly, horrible episode. It was 2017, though, wasn't it, before you started posting on here.

I agree that a massage appointment would be a good place to start.
