This was the OP’s experience, granted it was different to yours but no need to bring that kind of attitude to his review. You’re asking “Are you serious?” and I’m sure the OP is very serious, otherwise he wouldn’t have posted this review and looking at the SP’s other reviews many others have left glowing comments about her.

You shared your experience by way of a review. Similarly foskito has shared his and we should be grateful that he has told it as he saw it. Apart from yours her only other negative was for a late cancellation and even then she gave an hour's notice. You seem to have been unlucky but it doesn't mean everyone else's review is invalid.

I have to say I agree with Scouting and Airforce. I've not seen the SP but it seems your experience is currently the outlier. Calling people white knights for not agreeing with your point of view is childish.

Sparky - I have had an unfortunately growing number of experiences with highly rated SPs that were lacklustre for me (one of them had nothing but greens for over 2 years), am sure that everyone agrees that you as a punter can have a bad experience that many others have not.

i am not doubting you nor your review in the least, but if you are going to comment with the strength of feeling you have on other reviews about how bad the SP was for you, it makes you look bad, not her. It starts to look like you have something personally against the SP, especially if you start accusing others of WK'ing them when all they have said is that experiences can differ. From what i can see, everyone was supportive in your neg review, and appreciated that you took the time to post it. Best to just move on and skip reading her reviews if it provokes such a reaction in you.

If an SP is truly providing a bad service, it won't take long before it is reflected in her overall review count. Sometimes it does not happen, and you have to swallow the bitter pill that she was great for everyone else but shit for you. I can attest that this is not fun at all and i am going through this exact thing right now with another SP who is getting rave reviews from all and sundry. This has happened at least 2 or 3 times over the past month.

anyway, i have saved the picture, although inaccurate in this case, it made me chuckle

Sometimes the SPs can have a shit day themselves. We are all human. Its how they react afterwards that demonstrates if it was a one off or not.
