I text at 4:22 and 4:29 asking for flat number, tried calling as well. No reply until 4:33, doesn’t work for me.

Probably just booking back-to-back. If she could even had said 4.35 I would’ve been fine.

I know it's naive to think this way, but I hate it when they ask to move my appointment back, as I don't like the idea of following in some other punter. But that's obviously stupid because you're never really going to be the first, are you? I tend to just go straight to plan B now if they do that with me.
