Biased?  It was sharing info from my punt regarding the issue, after reading the no shower stuff, and working nearby in a truck, I asked if I could have a shower, was told yes, and did twice.

While having a chat, pre punt, with both of them, they volunteered the info about punters abusing time, and trying to keep shower use for 1 hour punters, the shower is working and available, they were shower fresh and I passed on the info ffs.

Totally agree, saying the shower was not working was a mistake, I will message Luly and suggest this as a better option, I bet the showers get quicker if required  .
