Overcharged you, and I know it says OWO at discretion, but too many have that on their profile with no intention of ever offering it. IMHO that should mean that most can receive OWO subject to cleanliness, fair enough if they refuse to someone who's foreskin doesn't retract, or someone who refuses a shower.
