Er, Whitby has stated that Bella rimmed him, therefore 'giving' should be on her likes list-but it's not.  That's what I'm getting at.  She does have 'receiving' on it yes, I grant you that, but that would only cover Whitby going to town on her ass.  Which as he stated, it was her 'giving' him the rimming.  Comprende?  Like I suggested before, you can't assume she does both receiving and giving rimming-for instance, if humiliation or domination was ticked as likes on a WG's list, I couldn't automatically assume that the WG gave and received both, I'd want to ask.  As Bella doesn't seem to have rimmed someone before in any of the reviews on this site, I thought it was significant to make the distinction.
