Escarlata Tantra Masajes is my recommendation.  Doesn't look much from the outside, but very clean inside.  Premium massage is very good with the "interactive" shower.

They list their masseurs on the website - if there is one in particular you like you can message them in advance to find out when they are working.

Otherwise you can book a time, turn up and the available girls will each come in to say hello and their name, and you then choose which you prefer.  Can be a good opportunity to see how well each one speaks English, as that can help.

Also been to Masajes Eroticos La Suite - the rooms are slightly more modern than Escarlata.  I didn't enjoy the service as much.  But that can be down to the girl more than anything.
