Messaged a few hours before, got price list and confirmed booking.
Went to post code down Brick Lane, WhatsApp'd them and radio silence.

Got a text from the Sergei a few hours later, with photos, but no explanation.

I appreciate from other reviews that this is how they operate, overbooking to up their profits, so won't bother again unless I have time to waste.
Real shame as good location and decent prices.

Got to see Miliade the other week here, but the communications were pretty poor as you say.  No way you could make a booking and expect to turn up at the time agreed and expect the booking to go ahead. Just wait around and hope! Plus the entrance on Brick Lane is very public with delivery drivers right next to the entrance!
