As for the pics - they're a bit misleading when it comes to her face. I don't know if they're edited, or if it just the still pictures that make her look different, because she is quite animated.
Videos give a much better representation.

I think there might be something about that place in Reading? I've seen Maggie more than a few times in Milton Keynes and she was great every time, no sign of trying to cut the time or trick me in any way.
