I am suspicious of this review because every profile at the set-up is B&S

First off - None of the girls advertising on AW at this set-up in Fitzrovia actually exist.

Secondly, the description of the location is incorrect - When you get the postcode via text, it shows you it's a side road (which is what the OP stated), but when you get the full address, it's not in a side road, it's right on a very busy main road, you couldn't get that wrong.

I went there yesterday and the girl passing herself off as Student Mia is short 5'1" with medium length black hair and a size 12. The other girl there (who I punted - review to follow) is 5'5" medium length blond hair size 12+ - she speaks perfect English.

Yeah they’ve definitely deleted profiles before so unsure whether the ones they keep up are girls who are coming back at some point or girls who are popular that they’ll misrepresent  until the stream of punters dries up.

I would not trust this profile to be consistent. That last picture uses a face that I've seen in no less than 3 other profiles, which have reviews on here for B&S, and I've picked out issues with that giveaway the image has been manipulated. I shit you not, the sergei/crew running these profiles are actually using AI to face swap the pictures. Its not that hard and the software is readily available online for free. Its trivial to generate a fake verification picture too. See (Removed) post the guys are using DALLE2 which is okay out the door. But give someone with half a brain Stable Diffusion and you can get them easily past a human with zero suspicion.

You've already told us that you actually saw Student Mia, you posted this review in Early January, but state that you saw her early July, (nearly 7 months ago) - so the intel you're relying on is out of date, way out of date.

The only valid response is for you to come up with some concrete current intel, until then, you're regurgitating out of date intel, stuck in some kind (OLD ) "time loop" as you say

What I suspect is happening is that the profiles are being bought / sold / created / rented out. I further suspect that the operator has control of the telephone numbers and is probably renting the profiles out and offering a maid / secretarial service.

This system would be a benefit to girls that may be here for a short duration and are unable for various to get a verified AW profile and / or have poor English.

For example, I punted this girl in November in Chelmsford - External Link/Members Only or External Link/Members Only+  she was 100% real as per the current pictures. I know that her calls were being answered and profile being managed by someone else.

She subsequently toured around the South of England. A few weeks ago the profile above turned up in W1 and the familiar formatting appeared, along with a new telephone number 447467624988.
