Booking discussed in advance for a 2hr outcall near Leeds. The week before, sent a message to check all ok, read but no reply. 2 days before sent another to check we were ok, again read but no reply. Unsurprisingly a no show on the day.
To be fair, the booking has not been confirmed on the AW system, but still, It would only have taken a minute to let me know. This visit to Yorkshire was a total washout, let down twice by two no shows.
