Yes. There's cameras in the hallway usually, at least there was when I visited Mulan a few months back (positive, will drop the review when I get a moment) who shares the flat with Betty. Best to cover your face with the towel or head down the whole time.

The camera is in the hallway, it doesn't see the actual action, though you are naked/robed when you walk towards shower etc and to the door to exit.
