Arrange early afternoon for a late evening meet up. Asked if time was ok, and got the confirmation that yes, not a problem.

So I put away my punting phone and got busy in work meetings.

After finishing work and getting ready to leave 2 hours before booking, I check my phone to see messages from her an hour earlier.

Can you come now baby?

Your booking after time

It too late, I cannot do it.

Obviously I didn't see it and could not reply. Then 20 mins later another text.

OK Cancel.

Messages me next day again, no apology, but asking to rebook. No thanks!

I have seen her before at Olina's and rated positive but a shit service and attitude on this occasion.

Cancellations do happen.  At least she gave you 3 hours notice, which should have given you time to arrange a backup.  Not her fault that you were ignoring your phone.

Agree on all of that, but I think OP's issue is the attitude aspect. I know English isn't her first language, but she is more than capable of being less blunt and more apologetic about the whole thing. Given a huge chunk of the enjoyment is the anticipation and mental side of things, I'd probably not bother looking to rebook either. I'm not sure how/why OP should give anything other than a negative given what happened.

She also got mixed up regarding the time of one of my bookings a month ago, she doesn't seem to be very well organised.

He made a booking on the day in the afternoon for later that same day and seems like he also made point of asking if the time he wanted was ok, to which she confirmed it was. She then cancelled without an apology. Why should he then be glued to his phone in case she cancels? and how is 3 hours plenty of notice?

Everyone has a different tolerance to these things.

For me personally, if it's a WG I have seen before and I know she's good, I'd have probably let this slide. At least she did not ghost and tried to reconnect next day.

Sometimes people don't come across the way they intend in messages.
She may have accepted the meeting without really thinking the time would work, or something came up etc. Or just disorganised on the occasion.
Twice in a row like that would be a different matter.
