What changed this time was that during the massage half we ended up in a sort of 69 position and RO was available - she seemed to be enjoying it and once done mentioned that it should be an extra and she also provides kissing - as i only had the usual fare with me the point was made but she let it go - i didn't query the cost but said 'next time' ... she was v. clear that she does not provide full service and she enjoys the extras so 'why not'.
I'd actually fancy a return for kissing - RO was for her so not fussed - OW / OWO would change my plans to be more urgent but if i find myself in the area i might return ...
