The areolas are real, the tits enhanced to partly fill out their stretched post-maternity size; they are still a little slack and have visible stretch marks.  She has a front of hip to front of hip transectional scar that is considerably longer than a typical c-sec.  Hard to imagine she was big enough or over-stretched to warrant some kind of tuck but it would've had to have been a really big baby to need that big an exit.
