It's hard to judge but i don't think they are double G

I think they may well be, just that she has had a proper measurement, apparently Frankie Bridge was measured properly for Loose Women and despite not being that well endowed turns out not to be a C cup, but actually an E. The rest of the panel had similar results.
Also a lot depends on the photography and outfit. Take a look at the thumbnail of the movie in a white bra and they look pretty big.

My limited understanding is that cup size can be very deceiving. They measure under the bust and record that measurement. Then get the women to lean forward slightly and measure around the fullest part. Subtract B from A and get the cup size. As such a women who's bust hangs slightly can have a larger cup than a women who doesn't hang as much. That's  if my understanding is right and would definitely make sense
