I was there a few weeks ago, I was staying in a hotel near the Hurhada Promenade near Jaz Elite Beach. I went for a walk during the evening and found a place called Antalia Turkisch which advertised as a spa and health club. There was a very pretty young Egyptian girl who was stood outside and I asked if she spoke any English. Not very much was her answer so I got out my phone and used google live translate, I explained I wanted a massage and she said yes it was possible and google mis translated what I thought was groin area but was actually loin area (between the lower belly and hips
I asked how much and she said it would be 40 euros. I said I would be back and got the money from my room and headed back. She showed me inside and sat me down on a sofa and there was 3 other arabic men in full arabic atire and me in my shorts and t shirt. Then in walks a lady who must have been about 5ft and 20 stone plus and asked me to pay. I asked if the young girl would be doing the massage to which she said NO!
Lets just say i made my excuses and left quick sharp.
I don't know if any extras were available but like others say Hurghada doesn't seem to have any places you can get a full service :-(
